Constitutional conversations

Something I've ignored in the last few days: Tim Selwyn's online constitutional convention has moved on to the next stage. Discussion has divided into three streams: one devoted to codification, the actual constitution itself; one for discussing the preamble and opening comments; and one on the more radical option of a republican constitution. As with previous discussions, all comments should be anonymous.
